Our approach

Our approach to coaching builds on Thea Mikkelsen's years of practice being trained as a psychologist and a psychoanalyst as well as a group dynamic organisational psychologist.

Working with professional creativity is my passion. These years we experinece groundbreaking changes in the way people in the creative industries perceive themselves and their roles in collaborations.

I help my clients find their role and direction in their professional lives and how they want to meet their personal, collaborative and structural challenges.

For individual coaching I work mainly with people in senior roles and with organisations that are backing the coaching process but offer Milano Club membership for free.

Elise Langager

I thrive with helping professional creative people to discover new insights and ways to live their professional life. I am educated as both a psychologist, MSc, and as a film editor and trained in online learning processes. I have been working for Thea as a project manager for the past 2,5 years, helping develop the online coaching programs and structuring the journeys for development while getting to know and facilitate the professional development approach Thea has developed.
