Through a coaching process we will apply insights and find ways for you to grow and develop professionally in meaningful directions.

Our approach

Our approach to coaching builds on Thea Mikkelsen's years of practice being trained as a psychologist and a psychoanalyst as well as a group dynamic organisational psychologist.

Working with professional creativity is my passion. These years we experinece groundbreaking changes in the way people in the creative industries perceive themselves and their roles in collaborations.

I help my clients find their role and direction in their professional lives and how they want to meet their personal, collaborative and structural challenges.

For individual coaching I work mainly with people in senior roles and with organisations that are backing the coaching process but offer Milano Club membership for free.

Elise Langager

During coaching sessions I help professional creative people to gain self awareness and change patterns. I am educated as both a psychologist, MSc, and as a film editor and I have been working for Thea since 2021, and together with Thea developed the leadership courses, coaching courses and the leadership training method "Leading Scenarios". I facilitate group meetings during different courses and the coaching sessions I do are based on the professional development approach Thea has developed.
